Review before paying.

Choose your design, fit, color and size using the product information and size guide. Product images are mockups; physical samples are still pending. Check your basket, delivery address, currency and total before placing your order.

Shopify provides our secure checkout. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and the order confirmation is issued. Payment is captured at checkout. The confirmation records your purchase; it does not mean printing has begun. Keep it for reference.

Made after ordering.

We check order details before submitting your garments for production. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund the affected purchase as required by applicable law.

For a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We will check whether production can still be stopped and confirm the outcome. Once printing begins, a requested change may no longer be possible. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Shipping and delivery.

Standard shipping is free to supported destinations, with no minimum spend. The checkout shows available destinations, the selected currency and applicable charges collected with your purchase before payment. Customs duties are assessed separately.

Production time is separate from delivery time. Items may arrive in separate parcels. We will provide the tracking information available for your order. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or has an incorrect delivery address.

Returns and order issues.

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind or incorrectly chosen size/color returns or exchanges. We personally review product issues. Read our returns and order issues policy for remedies, reporting and any required return instructions.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase, including rights concerning defective goods, withdrawal or where you may bring a claim.
